Film Impact Dashboard Causing Export Failures

All transitional effects from ‘Film Impact Dashboard’ extension from premiere pro causing GPU to not be able to render the effects. I keep getting the following message from the media encoder:

Example 1: Have it Fixed! Send us your error report.
Please check the Effects Controls Panel.
Cross Dissolve 26.5.1 error at 0:16:48:17
Illegal address. (code 700)

Example 2: Have it Fixed! Send us your error report.
Please check the Effects Controls Panel.
Grow 26.5.1 error at 0:17:54:02
Illegal address. (code 700)

^ Only started happening with the premiere pro update of 26.5

Please help have this fixed!

      Thanks for stopping by the Premiere forums and letting us know about these errors with Film Impacts. I see you’re using v26.5 Premiere. May we get a little more details about your setup in order to better troubleshoot?

      • Operating System: Specify Windows or macOS, along with the version.
      • Mac Chip (Mac Only): Please let us know what M-series chip you have. If Intel please include GPU.
      • GPU and Driver (Windows only): Please let us know your video card and driver version. We recommend updating to the most recent version; for NVIDIA users, we strongly recommend the Studio version of the driver.
      • Media Files: video, images, etc. and what types (can check under Media Properties)
      • Media Storage: Are your Scratch Disks set to your Documents folder or the same as project, and is this the same as the Media drive?

      Does this issue with Film Impact effects affect all projects or only some, I wonder? 

      If you try to open a new project with a clip or two and try to apply an effect, render in to out if needed then export directly from Premiere (vs. using Media Encoder) what happens?

      • GPU and Driver (Windows only): NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080
      • Media Files: Video
      • Media Storage: Desktop 

      The issue does affect from all Film Impact effects. So far it’s affecting my colleague’s projects as well. Gotta be an adobe issue.

      ​@Ops390362922mht Thank you for those additional details.

      1) May we also ask what driver and build you’re on? Like is it Studio or something else? 
      2) Does this error happen when exporting directly from Premiere, just through Media Encoder, or both?

      Wondering if you were to try with just one Film Impact transition in a new project, using Mercury Playback Engine Software Only. I would suggest also launching by holding SHIFT then clicking to open Premiere, and in the popup, disable plugins temporarily (if any) and clear the cache. 

      Let us know the results of that and the answers to the 2 questions above.
