Final export dialog box in Premiere Pro NOT showing

After hitting CTRL+M, the export dialogue box pops up. Then I set my preferred settings and hit the export button, and the final export dialogue (the one that shows the export process) refuses to pop up.

It always shows in an instance, like some milliseconds then disappears. It happens so fast, that I can't get a screenshot of it (the final export dialogue box).

What can I do?

If your output framerate is the same as the input framerate then turn off optical flow.

Turn off max render and max depth and hardware encoding if set.

Try the Queue button.
