Font styles in Premiere not working as they should

I've never had this before but when I apply a saved style to a load of subtitles, it usually takes on the style perfectly, but at the moment it's enlarging my captions by about 5 times. My client has very specific needs for the style, size etc and when I set the subtitles to the correct size manually, it doesn't correspond with the actual size that text usually goes to when using that size. This is really difficult to explain. Basically the captions will not allign with the specific styles I've created for them.

I'm in version 25.4.0 of Premiere and I'm using Sequoia 15.3.2

Hi @Robbie34135385e7mh,

Are you still running into this issue? Stan is right, adding screenshots that show the Properties panel and what the captions currently look like vs. what they are supposed to look like could help us understand the issue better.

Is it possible you are working in a sequence that is a different size or resolution than what you have worked with in the past? What parameters are you trying to change the size of (font size, fill, stroke, background, etc)? These are on a caption track and not as graphics right?

Sorry for the frustration,
Dani

It would help to have a screenshot of the properties panel with a caption selected.
