Footage from Osmo Pocket importing to Premiere Pro bin as audio only

I've recently encountered a technical issue importing 3K (HEVC) footage from my Osmo Pocket 3 into Premiere Pro. While I can view the footage on my desktop, when I try to import it to Premiere only the audio is visible in the bin, no video. It's not an issue with source patching (V1-3 are all highlighted). Rather, it's an issue with importing footage into a project bin.

I've tried clearing the media cache and making sure Premiere Pro is updated, but I'm still having this issue.

Any insights would be appreciated!

To import the files, I just opened a new project and did CTL+I, then selected the file from the location on my desktop.

Once the file is selected, when it appears in the bin it's just the audio that shows as imported.

These are the properties of the file - I'm not sure where to see the video codec details, but in the Osmo Pocket 3 the settings were to record at 3K, HEVC.

I can view the video in VLC media player, and I also tried importing it to Premiere Pro on my personal desktop, which was successful (the problem is occurring on my work laptop). I'm just not well-versed enough in Premiere Pro to figure out what's going wrong between the two programmes.

Which processes have you used to import that?

And a view of the file header video codec details from MediaInfo would be useful also. So we know exactly what the video files are.
