From version 26.2 I can't tweak the Properties Panel, Premiere keeps crashing

It’s been 4 updates already (since 26.2 till the latest 26.3.2) that everytime I use the Properties Panel, either Position or Scale mainly, Premiere crashes, freezes for like 10 seconds and seems normal, then I want to use the panel and crashes again. Also happens if I want to use the Menu bar.
I have a PC with these components:

  • Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700K
  • 32GB RAM DDR4
  • 2TB SSD
  • NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti (16 GB)
  • Windows 11 Pro, version 25H2, 64 bits
  • System version 26200.8875

I have all NVIDIA Studio drivers updated! kinda sick of this bug for months 🙂

    Hi @SebastianPaez,

Welcome back to the Premiere forums. Thank you for reporting this occurrence and providing your system specs.

    • Do you have any third party plug-ins installed?
      • Does disabling plug-ins and clearing the cache help?
    • Is the Windows Magnifier toggled on?
      • Is there a change in performance if this is toggled off?
        • (Win + '+', or Settings > Accessibility > Magnifier)
    • Does doing a complete log-out of Creative Cloud, then logging back in help?

Sorry for the frustration. I hope we can help soon.

    Best,

    Jonathan

    Hey Jonathan!

    • No third party plug-ins installed. Cache already cleared up.
    • No Windows Magnifier on.
    • Doing a complete log-out and logging back seemed to help a little, but after few minutes of editing the freezes are back! I close Premiere and open it again, sometimes freezes a lot and sometimes I can work flawlessly for some minutes.

Do you have any other suggestions or know anything?

    Thank you!
