GETAC - Distorted Video

Has anyone experienced this kind of distortion? One solution is to reformat the video in HandBrake, but I'm looking for a simpler solution within Adobe. I've only experienced this with Getac body-worn camera footage recently. I know the company has updated its technologies within the last several months, and that's when I noticed the issue started. Premiere is updated. Any ideas?

Hello @Jeffrey34265762aeh7,

Welcome, and thanks for reaching out. I can see what you're referring to in your screengrab. It's certainly not how you'd like to edit that footage.
Have you updated Premiere, or is it the same version, but the cameras may be updated? Did this happen with a Premiere update?

My first suggestion is to check with GETAC to make sure any plugins/firmware on that side are up to date. Can you provide a sample clip for us to look at internally and try to see what is happening?  I hope we can help you soon.
