Glitched thumbnails for markers and search panel after 25.4 update

Running an M3 Max Macbook Pro running Sequoia 15.5 with an external monitor as well as a Blackmagic Ultrastudio Extreme playing out to a monitor.

 

After updating to Premiere 25.4 now all thumbnails in the markers panel as well as the search panel are glitched/distorted. Was working fine prior to update. When scrubbing over shots in the search panel hover scrub works fine but then goes back to the glitched image when moving off of it.

 

Have tried wiping cache, made new markers.

 

When viewing a bin in icon or freeform view the thumbnails are fine. This is limited to the markers and search panels.

    Having the same issus. Just updated to 25.4 (build99).  The AI search tab.  mostly RED files and some Mavic 3 pro.   the thumbs will display propery if I roll over the thumbnail.  I dumped and deleted cache and did a restart.  Any help would  be great. Make my search tool a bit clunky.

      Same glitchy thumbnails over here. Like exact same. Pink and green stretched/pixelated images. It's not every clip nor sequence in the search panel, but it is on every Marker in the Marker tab.

      Came here to second this exact same glitchy behavior.
      My setup: M1 Ultra Mac Studio - Sequoia 15.6 also a Black Magic Ultrastudio 3G.

      Premiere Pro 25.4.0 (build 99).

      Thank you for reporting a problem and for the information provided.

      What kind of files are you working with? Is this happening with the thumbnails of all media types in the Markers and Search panel, or only specific file formats?

      Have you been able to try your project with the MacBook Pro only, and with no external monitors or outputs?
