HEVC CODEC Problem trotz Integration des Codes in allen Varianten

Das projekt besteht ausschliesslich aus Handymaterial 30,00fps

Der HEVC Codec wurde instaliert und aktualisiert. Alle codecs liegen vor. Trotzdem erkennt Premiere nicht und der Fehler bleibt. Auch wurde das Verzeichnes gelöscht wie angegeben.  Siehe Fotos. Fehler bleibt. ich kann das fertige File nicht rausrendern.

    You are going to need to provide more information.  What codec did you install?  Where did you get it from?  What cell phone did this footage come from?

    Hello Jamie,

     

    unfortunately this did not work and I still get the same error message.

     

    Do you know of any other options I can try?

    Hi @wolfw71500358 - You don't need to install any external 3rd party codecs with Premiere Pro, especially HEVC.  Which codecs pack did you install?  Can you try uninstalling the codec, then hold down "SHIFT" when launching Premiere and select the checkboxes "reset plugin cache"
