Hi. I'm experiencing problems when outputting a video that uses a “directional blur effect”. When I exporting video in the media encoder, the effect doesn't appear. But this effect working when exporting video with “export media”.

    Hi @dirim0101,

Welcome back to the Premiere forums, glad to see you here. Thanks for reporting this issue. The team needs some more detail to try to better assist you:

    • Premiere Version: What is the exact version of Premiere you’re using?
    • Operating System: Specify Windows or macOS, along with the version.
      • GPU Driver (Windows only): Please let us know your video card driver version. We recommend updating to the most recent version; for NVIDIA users, we strongly recommend the Studio version of the driver.
    • Does your version of Premiere match the latest version of Media Encoder?
    • Are you using Film Impact effects, or legacy effects?

    Let’s try a few things:

    • Clear the Cache and reset Preferences on Premiere and Media Encoder (Hold Shift on launch).
    • Try updating the the latest Media Encoder.

Let us know. The team hopes we can help!

    Best,

    Jonathan
