Import Dialog box related issues

Dear Adobe team,

I would like you to solve my issue as soon as possible .

From last 2 days I am facing Import dialog box lag in Premiere Pro.

When I press Ctrl+I Premiere pro hangs and i have to close it.

So please look out this problem and solve as soon as possible.

Try importing from the Media Browser. What happens?

What version of PR 2025 are you running?

I am Using the latest version of Premiere Pro. Sometimes When I go to
export click on location to save again my premiere pro stucks and I have to
close it.

Have you done anything on your end to try and fix it?

I can verify that is indeed a screenshot. Was it to be helpful in this thread?

Try starting PP while holding down SHIFT an restore the preferences and media cache and any of the other options you'd like and see if that helps.
