Imported portrait footage shows as landscape footage when opening on another mac.
Hi there. I am working with a collegue on a film project. I started the prodject on my mac book, created 10 sequences, all in 1080x1920. I imported all the portrait mode footage, placed it in the 9:16 compositions. The entire footage was filmed in portrait mode and premiere recognized it . So the rotation settings on all clips are 0°. And it all looks just fine.
But as soon as my collegue openes the file on her mac, a lot (not all) of the footage is suddenly tunred to landscape mode, also showing 0° on the rotation settings.
She could turn it by 90° and the problem would be solved – but only on her machine. When I open the file on my computer… the "corrected" files will be turned by 90° and what showed correct before is wrong now. What the hell is going on?
We are both on the same Premiere Version (25.6.2) on a Mac Book Pro running on Mac OS 15.5
