• What is the exact Premiere version you’re using?
• Please specify Windows or macOS, along with the version.
  • Chip (Mac Only): Specify which M-series Chip or CPU/GPU combo.
  • GPU Driver (Windows only): Please let us know your video card driver version. We recommend updating to the most recent version; for NVIDIA users, we strongly recommend the Studio version of the driver.
• If possible, can you share a screen shot of the Effects Control Panel so the team can see the keyframes of the Mask.
  • A screen recording of your the steps where this issue occurs could also be helpful.

For additional context:

• Does it affect all projects or only some?
• Does it affect new, empty projects?
• When did the problem first begin?
  • Was anything recently updated in your system?
  • Did it ever work as expected on your system?
