Insta 360 plugin stops other media from loading

Installed the insta360 plugin. Loaded an existing project that contained insv files and others.
Originally found that this stopped nikon raw files from loading, but then noticed canon c80 files were not loading either. They were not reported as missing media - they simply appeared in the project as offline.

I have reported this to insta360 and have heard nothing back. 
Could anyone confirm this behavior?

This happened in 25.6.x and in beta 26.0
