instabilité de première pro sous windows11

instabilité complete de premiere pro , cela depuis quelques semaines

reinstallé sur un autre PC les probleme sont identiques sous windows10 ou windows11

impossible de travailler !

d' autre part en multicam l ' affichage multi est alléatoire

le logiel s' arrete message en rouge

"premiere pro s'est arrete brusquement alors qu'un projet était ouvert  rouvrir"

Les fichiers mp4 ne pose pas de problème

 

je n' ai pas encore testé les .mov

J' ai transformé les fichiers mxf en mp4

je travaille en multicam 

je n' ai plus ce probleme avec les fichiers mp4

Thanks for confirming that. Are you experiencing this issue specifically with mxf files or with other media types as well?

I'm Kevin from support, one of the moderators here. Thanks for the bug report. It sounds like a frustrating problem. Were things OK with your projects before you updated? If so, the team may need more information, especially about your media. See, How do I write a bug report?

 

There is a bug with .mxf-wrapped footage. Do you have footage like that? You may want to run a sample media file through MediaInfo and take a screenshot in "Tree View." That would help the community solve your problem faster. I hope we can help you soon. Sorry for the hassle.
