Install error

Ive purchased adobe premire pro but everytime I go to try and install it or creative cloud I get a system error saying that the serves are unreachable as well as to disable my firewall and try again. I have done that and it did not work. I am completely lost as I dont know what else to do and everything online did not help.

What is the specific error message you receive, when CC Desktop fails to install PPro?
