Intel Arc B60 Pro Creator playback issues

We are testing the B60 Pro GPUs in Premiere and the timeline playback is terrible. Can’t even playback ¼ res. Even if you render the timeline it still drops frames. The same machine has a 3090 in and that plays back fine. CPU 5950X, 128GB RAM, rtx3090 and Intel ARC B60 Pro. Using the PRO Intel Drivers all latest windows and driver updates. Premiere 2026.

    Hi @martinc13962311
Welcome to the new Adobe Premiere community. Thank you for taking the time to report a problem. It would help us if you could use the link " How to Report a Problem," which provides steps to provide more information that can help us identify the issue. Details such as which media type you are seeing playback issues with are helpful in scenarios like the ones you are describing.

    Here to help.

    -Playback drops frames

-Play back any video with a Intel Arc B60 Pro

    -Should playback without dropping frames

-Drops frames with any video format

    Screen recording: https://f.io/JuTDXaYG

It was recorded over remote desktop hence the frame rate.

    -Windows 11 24H2 latest update

    -GPU driver Intel 32.0.101.8425

-Apple Pro res 422hq and AV1

-No codecs or video files playback using the ARC gpu

Same thing happens in AE. Can’t even playback any RAM previews. rtx3090 works fine.
