Invalid Image File Error on Premiere Pro 2024

Hi, I have a problem with my Premiere Pro 2024 version 24.3 
I opened a new project and it started showing an error "Invalid image file". It has this error on any project that I open.  
So far I have 
1. Deleted the Media Cache and Media Cache files:

2. Reset the preferences
3. Updated to the latest update and updated my drivers. 
Nothing has fixed this so far.
