issue with MOGRT rendering in non-english versions of Premiere

I have a MOGRT that a few of my non-English Premiere-using customers have had issues with. At least that is the common thread I have identified.

A text box appearing as a red box, seen below, where it should appear as a "TikTok" style text box.

The MOGRT in question can be seen here.

I believe it is the premium version that is producing these unexpected results, but perhaps you (the devs) know what might be going on without seeing that exact cersion. Otherwise, if you'd like to try the premium one directly, let me know where I can send it to be reviewed. Thanks!

I believe in creating mogrts one should still run their "universalizer" ... or whatever that's called in Ae. Which does do things to make it possible to use that with other language sets in Ae and Premiere.

Did you do that?

Everyone's mileage always varies ...

Hi @videowizard.io

and welcome to the Premiere Pro Forum community.  Thank you for taking your time to report a problem. The team just needs a little more information to begin troubleshooting. The link here How to Report a Problem , has steps to providing more information about your bug that can help us identify the issue. If you would like to send us the MOGRT via file share service of your choice we could take a look at it.
Here to help.
