Mask tracking error - timeout

Hi, I'm having trouble with Premiere Pro's mask tracking. After advancing a few frames, a message appears indicating that it can't continue because a frame isn't being rendered or that the frame has timed out. However, when I restart the application, it advances a little further and the same message appears again. This happens with all the videos I try to perform mask tracking on.

What is the cause of this and what would be the solution to this problem?
