Media Cache & Media Intelligence Search Bugs?

For some reason when I go to delete the cache, it will start to clear it, the blue bar will show progress, but then it freezes. I let it sit for a while today but ultimately it always seems the same. I have to go to finder and force quit premiere.

I did have an issue with Media Intelligence getting stuck at 99% in the progress tab, but it actually finished after being stuck at 99% for a few days.

Side Bar:
The new audio waves feature is cool. I love seing them be dynamic when adjusting the volume at the end of the clips. That's cool.
