Media encoder missing elements on render

Hi All,

Very annoying issue, I usually edit in PPro then use the keyboard shrtcut to send timeline to media encoder (as I HATE the new export window in premiere) yet for some reason even though the video is correct in the PPro timeline and correct in the Media Encoder scrub its missing elements on the final render.

It's only a simple text element (a black triangle symbol that animates) that goes missing but its very annoying and embarrasing that this keeps happening. Not a great look when I have a client sat next to me and the software can't do one of its most basic functions...

Why are there so many bugs in Premier and related projects, I feel I'm raising new issues every couple of months.... WITH NOTHING GETTING SOLVED.

We are charged SOOO much for a product thats just doesn't work reliably..

Please sort this out Adobe, stop adding new features and just make it stable and bug free....
