I did a morgt with a slot for media replacemet. The Picture size has to be 1920x360

If I load media whit this format everything is fine.

If I load a bigger file: for eg fullHD, it gets really bad quality. No help for: fit to size/No Scale/or…

Is it a bug or feature?

2 mogrt to test

thanks!

    Hi @simon0815
Welcome to the Premiere community. Thank you for taking the time to report a problem. It would help us if you could use the link " How to Report a Problem," which provides steps to provide more information that can help us identify the issue. Thank you for giving the 2 test files. To clarify, are you saying that any media with a resolution higher than 1920x360 is being compressed? I haven’t opened the MOGRTS yet, but what are the sequence settings for resolution?
    Here to help.

Yes. The footage from the customer hast 1920x1080. I have to feed it in the morgt, to get a mask (imagine like a lowerthird) the mask has to be 1920x360 and crop the footage from the customer. But it gets compresst and blured. If the footage from the customer has 1920x360 everything is fine.
My workaround: In the morgt (in Ae) I did a comp: 1920x1080. There goes the footage, then it goes in a comp which has 1920x360, this comp goes into the final mask.
