Mise à jour depuis mon passage à Windoos 11

Bonjour à tous,

Depuis mon passage à Windows 11 et après la dernière mise à jour de Premiere Pro, je n’arrive plus à ouvrir aucun projet.

J’ai déjà :

  • remis à jour complètement ma carte graphique RTX 3070,

  • testé avec une version antérieure de Premiere,

mais rien n’y fait.

Le service d’assistance étant fermé, je suis vraiment en galère…
Si quelqu’un a déjà rencontré ce problème ou a une solution, je suis preneur.

Sorry you're experiencing issues. We need a few more details to help. 

Are you able to open the application at all (can you see the splash screen or home screen) or is this specific to project files? Are you getting any error dialog boxes? 

 

Did you notice if the issues started after the Windows 11 update or after the Premiere Pro update? Are you using the NVIDIA Studio driver (not Game Ready)? 

 

Additionally, do you have any third-party plugins installed? Or are you able to open other applications like Media Encoder?

Oui tout est à jour en même temps

Et c'est juste un projet qui s'ouvre et plante après 10 min systématiquement
