MOGRTS suddenly causing Premiere to crash

After using mogrt assets regularly for a year, they are suddenly causing Premiere to crash instantly. I've been troubleshooting for two days, including rendering the video from one project and opening it up in a new project (in case the original project was corrupted), but with the same results once I add a MOGRT.

Hi @Brian389186485fij,

Thanks for sending in that information, I was able to see your crash report. There's definitely something bug-worthy in here.

Could you private message me the collected project and the mogrt so we can diagnose?

Thanks,

Theresa

I’m using the fully updated version (currently 24.5) on a 2021 Macbook Pro Apple M1 Max running Sonoma 14.5

The only change we made this week was that we tried moving from our old creative cloud log in to our new one at work. The old log in was -------------------. The new one is ------------------. When I log out of the new account and go back to the old account, everything is functioning properly. But when I am logged into the new account, Premiere is crashing immediately when I try to do anything with graphics and/or MOGRTS. The programs appear to be unstable in this new account, which makes no sense, since the actual programs themselves are the same.

Hi @Brian389186485fij,

Sorry you're experiencing crashes. Can you tell me

Did you get the crash reporter dialog box? Please also make sure to select the checkbox AND insert your email address associated with your account. Then please DM me the email address so I can look into what's going on. Also feel free to DM me the mogrt as well if you're able to!

Thanks!
Theresa
