Motion Direct Manipulation

After changing a sequence's resolution (via Sequence Settings), using **Motion** direct manipulation in the Program Monitor causes every type of element — video clips, images, text, graphics, anything — to move much faster than the mouse cursor when dragged.

This is NOT limited to nested sequences. It happens with all clip types equally.

The root cause appears to be that Position coordinates remain calculated in the **original sequence coordinate space**, while the Program Monitor canvas now reflects the **new resolution**. This creates a mismatch ratio between mouse movement and actual element displacement.
