Moving in and out of Premiere Pro (to finder/other app) causing crash.

Hello,

I am currently runnning PP 25.5 on MacOs 26.

I use Premiere as a professional film editor, and I am having issues when navigating out of my project to import media/check Frame.io comments/emails. When returning to PP the timeline becomes frozen, I can save the project, but not adjust any media. I have tried to strip out any unused media from the project, exported an XML and brought it into a new project, and have also had an hour long screen share with an Adobe Specialist, none of which have worked.

I suspect it may be an issue with shared GPU usage, perhaps a conflict between Premiere and the Os.

Has anyone else encountered this? And can anyone offer any thoughts on the matter?
