Moving Keyframes don't move the sequence timeline with them.

Windows 11 23H2 - Premiere Pro 24.6.1

I'm not able to grab keyframes, and move them along the graphic element and have the timeline display move with them.  The timeline stays where it is. I have to place the current frame line close to where i want it and move it to get the timeline to update close to the desired position.
