Multicam View Not Showing the Full Picture

I just set up a 4-channel multicam in UHD 16:9. When I engage the multicam editor, instead of showing everything in a double-wide program window, I’m seeing everything cropped into a 16:9 frame.  On the Mercury Transmit monitor (above the main monitor), I see the image cropped, just as I see it in the program window.  It should be full screen. When I disengage multicam view, the picture looks normal.

I thought it might have something to do with the fact that in the 4th source, I have a cropped image. I changed from native crop to legacy crop and it made no difference.

So I opened another random project (without a multicam setup) and engaged the multicam viewer. It showed the same anomaly:

Something in multicam land is now broken...
