My imported preset pack seems to have become the default preset pack

I've just imported a load of presets within a folder and it seems to have become the main folder, meaning I can't rename it, delete it or anything. It's confusing having the main preset pack as something with a random name. I have no idea how this has become the default.

Yes, it started out normally, just within the Presets folder, now it's become the main thing and I can't delete it or rename it because it's the top folder. I really don't want to reset all my settings because I've set up so many settings.
