No audio levels on mix channel

Welcome back to the Premiere forums. Thank you for reporting this occurrence. For the team to try to better assist you, we’ll need more information:

• What is the exact version of version of premiere are you using?
  • You mentioned this affected other versions in the past, can you specifiy?
• Please specify if you’re using Windows or macOS, along with the version.
  • GPU Driver (Windows only): Please let us know your video card driver version. We recommend updating to the most recent version; for NVIDIA users, we strongly recommend the Studio version of the driver.
• Does this issue occur with specific types of footage or all footage?
• If possible, include a recording of your screen showing the issue.
•  Could you provided a numbered list of the exact steps needed to replicate the issue.
• Try launching Premiere while holding the Shift key. Check all four options in the dialog to see if the problem persists after a reset.

For additional context:

• Does it affect new, empty projects?
• Is there ever a time where it performed as expected for your case usages?
