No es posible instalar (HEVC) / Assistance Needed with HEVC Codec Export Issue on Windows

Hola, llevo varias veces intentando exportar videos con el codec HEVC en una windows, el codec ya se compró y se instaló. He intentado borrar caché, desinstalar y volver a instalar. Mi disco duro tiene mucha memoría disponible, y sigo sin poder exportar, lo que me está retrasando enormemente el flujo de trabajo. Podrían ayudarme?

I've been trying several times to export videos using the HEVC codec on Windows. The codec has already been purchased and installed. I’ve tried clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the software, and I have plenty of free space on my hard drive.

However, I still can’t export the videos, and it’s significantly delaying my workflow. Could you please help me resolve this issue?
