"No tutorials avaiable" and search tutorials bug

I recently bought Creative Cloud and installed it on a PC that I formatted,
the tutorials don't appear in any app i choose

Some tutorials appear on the search box, but when i try to load any, a red message saying
"unknown tutorial" appears. How can I solve it?

Yes i have tried, the problem repeats on after effects too

Hello @filipet3179589,

Thanks for the bug report. Welcome to the forum. I see you have the Learn panel up. Have you tried the Learning Workspace? If that is not working, I'd ask if you are in an enterprise or educational environment. If so, it's possible that your IT Admin did not give you a package containing the proper assets. Let me know more information so I can help you. Sorry for the hassle.

i found out that it is only on the video apps that this is ocurring
