@KatieToo

I’m using “Studio Driver” version “58.1.57”

My Premiere project are in my C: Drive, but my files are in my D: drive

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but how do i see the sample rate of my source files?

Hi @Sr. H616

Welcome to the Premiere Pro forums! We are glad to see you here. Thanks for including that information so far. Can you let me know which driver for your GeForce you’re on? That’d usually be “Studio” or “Game Ready” and which version currently is installed.

Where are you saving/storing your Premiere project and files like is it on main drive C: or another? Do you have any external drives or anything else plugged in as well?

Another possibility from a similar issue like you’ve having is it could be related to an audio sample rate mismatch. If your project is set to 48 kHz but some source files are at a different rate (44.1 kHz for example), Premiere generates waveform data for all of them on every open. Try going to Sequence Settings under Sequence > Sequence Settings and confirming the sample rate matches your source audio.

Sorry for the frustration and hope we can help soon!

Happy to help,
Katie
