PC turns off when I open project

Please help! 

I have a project I've been working on for a long time. I was using the voice enhancer as I went. It crashed a few times but I muddled through.

Now for some reason it tried to apply all the enhancements again at once. When it did my PC immediately shut down.

Now whenever I tried to load that project or any of the backups, the PC immediately shuts down. I started the project in 2024. I've tried launching in 2024 and 2025 and same thing. Please help if you can.
