Personal presets dissapear when i restart Premiere Pro

Is the problem that I described here already solved? It seems that this problem still appears when i'm updating my premiere pro, so hopefully you guys can come up with a solutions for this in future updates because alot of people have problems with this. 

Let me know when this problem is fixed please, so i can update my premiere pro again to the latest version.

Hey Kevin, 

The problem that I described here seems to still appear in Premiere Pro with new updates. Hopefully they can fix this problem in future updates so I can use my 3rd party presets. (The 3rd party presets don't use Bevel Edges, Convolution Kernel, Blurs or Solarizes effects; but from version 24.5 these effects were removed and some of my 3rd party presets dissapear. So i thought maybey there is a relation between those actions) 

On the platforms I see that many people got the same issue still and it will be great if there came a solution for this problem. Expecially because i'm using an older version of Premiere Pro now (Version 24.5) and can't use the amazing features that come out from latest updates. So please help me out here!

Thanks for youre reply! The presets that dissapeared in the versions after 24.5 were not obsolute effects, but 3rd party presets from other creators. I can't update those presets so hopefully you guys can come up with a solutions that all 3rd party presets stay after reopening Premiere Pro. Because i can't update my Premiere Pro now to the latest version.
