PingFang Chinese font unable to display in Premiere and Media Encoder 26.5

The PingFang Chinese font family is unable to display and render in the latest Premiere and Media Encoder 26.5. This bug had appeared back in 25.2, resolved since Premiere 26, but reappeared in 26.5. As it’s the same bug same as before, I hope the fix can be real soon as it’s a crucial font for Chinese users.

    Welcome back to the Premiere forums and for reporting this occurrence. The link to the previous post is extremely helpful as well.

    The team was able to successfully reproduce this issue. We are filing a new bug report and hopefully can resolve this soon. Sorry for the frustration.
