playback stutters when playing an interlaced timeline through BM ultrastudio monitor 3g on macos

Steps:

1. Create a 1080i (25i) sequence in premiere on macos

2. import footage (for example uhd 50p in prores or anything else) and edit it inside the sequence

3. enable mercury transmit through blackmagic mini monitor 3g

4. playback the sequence

What should happen:

playback should be smooth on an m2 max processor with 32 gb ram.

What happens:

playback stutters massively, lots of dropped frames, sometimes breaks of almost a second.

when the sequence is set back to 50p playback is fine on the bm 3g.

In resolve playback is fine in any setting - also in 50i.

This bug has been there since at least two years in any premiere version and is still existant in 25.1 and 25.2 beta.
