Premier Pro 2025 Lumetri "Export .cube" feature broken

I have been having trouble with the LUTs I've exported from Lumetri Color in Premier Pro 2025. After searching forums and being frustrated by not being able to export a LUT that would then work within the Modify/Color/Input LUT Dropdown menu like I have always done many times before, I thought I'd try something different. I went back to Premier Pro 2024, imported the exact same footage and color corrected it, exported a .cube file. Then returned to Premier Pro 2025 added the LUT to my Modify/Color/Input LUT dropdown menu and this .cube file works just fine.

Clearly there is a bug with exporting LUTs from Lumetri Color in Premier Pro 2025. Cube files exported form Permier Pro 2025, overexposed each shot extremely. This is not the case when using a .cube file exported for Pemier Pro 2024. Please fix this bug.

Thank you

The underlying color management processes were dramatically updated and changed from especially early 2024 and the 2025 series. So if you are not now setting the full CM set correctly for your needs, you will get surprises.

Hens Dani's questions. What is your OS/CPU/GPU, the media you use, and your full CM settings in the Lumetri Settings tab ... the tab named Settings.

As once that is correctly set, this should work as expected.

Everyone's mileage always varies ...

Hi @mr_short,

Thank you for reporting a problem. We need a few more details to help with the issue like exact Premiere Pro version you are on and hardware specs. Please see How to Report a Problem.

What kind of media files and color space are you working with? Can you share a screenshot of your Lumetri panel Settings tab and the options you have selected there? Additionally, what settings are you changing for the LUT you are creating (Edit tab)?

Is this affecting every clip you are adding the LUT to or only the clip the LUT was created on? If you go to your Project panel and double-click a clip that's been modified with the LUT, does it look overexposed when opened in the Source monitor?

Sorry for the frustration,
Dani
