Premier Pro 2025 - very long exports

Just switched from 2024 to 2025. Exports take 10 times longer than they should. The only way around is to reopen Premiere, but I have to do it with every single export. Very annoying - is there any way to solve it?

    Ok so after a dozen rounds of exporting different clips and reopening Premiere suddenly every new export lasts as long as it should. But I have no idea why, because I haven't changed a thing... Thanks for your reply

    Hi @maciej_2152,

    Thanks for the message. Welcome to the forum. I am not sure why you are having trouble all of a sudden. Can you show us a screenshot of your Export Settings? Ensure Hardware Encoding is enabled in the Video section. Click the 3 dots menu where it says, "More." Is that setting enabled properly? I hope that may fix your problem. Let the community know. Sorry for the hassle on this.
