Premier pro 25.1 keeps crashing

The app keeps crashing while working.

Just open the Premier Pro 25.1 and work in the app for a while and its starts crashing. The same is happening with Media encoder 2025. While rendering a video the app either crashes of the encoding gets failed.

    Hi @Vicky1306 - 
    Thanks for submitting your bug report. I do see your crash reports thank you for submitting.  It seems one of the issues we are still investigating, and the other one is a driver issue.  Are you using an AMD iGPU and a Nvidia dGPU?

     

    Can you please let us know the specs of your system?

    We're sorry about the poor experience. Is it crashing while doing something specific, like exporting/rendering in a specific format, or is it random? Have you already submitted the crash logs? We're here to help, just need more info.
