Premier Pro Crash - when playing MP4 files

Thanks for your reply..the specs are:

processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8565U CPU @ 1.80GHz 2.00 GHz

Ram 16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable)

Harddisk SSD 1 tera (drive c 298 GB free & drive d 161 GB free)

Running on windows 11 - premire pro V25.2.3

I didnt face any problem on same computer before I upgarde harddisk & Ram

What version and build of Premiere Pro?

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?

If NVIDIA graphics, make sure to use the latest Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver).
