Premiere 26.2.0 (Build 65) takes long when opened

I'm experiencing the same thing—it’s not responsive at all. Version 26.2, which was released recently, still isn't working correctly and is full of bugs. Most of the time, I can't even open projects; I only managed to open them the first time I updated, but since it wasn't functioning properly, I reinstalled it about seven times on different days, yet still had no success. When a project does open, the playhead doesn't move while the video plays, commands don't respond, and everything is frozen, making it impossible to work. Meanwhile, the previous version is running perfectly smooth, so I'm sticking with the stable version and waiting for 26.3 to see if they fix these issues.

Yes, this happen to me as well. It takes long time before i can even see the “page” that has the list of recent project when i open Premiere, and when i click on a project to open it it often requires two, three, four clicks before anything happens. It´s faster to go to File > Open Recent to open projects...
