  • For now ive noticed these ones

    - One word captions dont work.

    - Selecting clips along captions sometimes dont work

    - Working with captions in general is kind of buggy.

    - Linking proxies makes me go one by one even if automatic relinking is on.

    - Sometimes the transform settings in some clips are not visible and not accesible.

    Hi @Jesse GD

Welcome to the Premiere forums! Glad you’re here, and thank you for providing some details about which Premiere you’re using and setup. I see you’re having a few issues ranging from captions, proxies, and transform. Let me please ask a few clarifying questions about those, so we can better help you.

    One Word Captions:
Can you specify how they don’t work? Were you unable to create a track, in which case have you done a system restart since the update? Could you possibly elaborate about what caption functions you’re trying to perform that are buggy?

    Select Caption/Clips:
Are you selecting the Video clips and the Caption Clips or just one? Have you noticed a pattern of when it doesn’t work? When was the last time it did work?

    Proxies:
Did you make proxies elsewhere or in Premiere? Sounds like you already have the checkbox marked for “relink others automatically” from what you said. Let’s try this. Uncheck the File Extension checkbox under Match File Properties on bottom left of the relink window (see screenshot) A lot find that helps!

    Transform:
When you mention Transform, do you mean the actual effect “Transform” or are you viewing those settings in the Properties panel or you mean the Motion like scale/position on Effects Control Panel? What media is it doing this on, I wonder?

    Win11 Driver:
Since you’re on Windows, can you let us know what driver and version you’re using?

Sorry about your frustration and hope to help!
