Have you attempted to update to the current version, 26.0.2, to see if the footage imports properly? What is your Graphics card and drivers? You can also share the files with us. thanks for your email. As you can see, I did follow the template for reporting an issue. As far as the graphics card goes, all it says is 128GB Intel UHD. I don’t know how to get information about the drivers.
I did try to install 26 previously but that crashed immediately, so I stuck with 25.
I have edited footage from these same cameras many many times, so I don’t think it has anything to do with the format, but I am not sure what’s up.

Hi @john_1698 There were known issues with MTS files and audio drift starting with version 24.6. The current version, 26.0.2, has the best playback and performance with the MTS file you provided. As for the Graphics card you currently have, you will experience some limitations and possibly performance issues with certain workflows. Here is a link to Processor, memory, and GPU recommendations
Do you have any other MTS files that will play back on your system? You might have to transcode this file if you continue to have issues and can not update your current version of Premiere. Here to help. Ian
