Premiere Locks Up On Import & Export

When attempting to export or import, Premiere Version 25.6.3 Build 2 acts like the window has been opened to select either a file to import or a location to export but the window is not there. The software is stuck waiting for a response that is impossible to execute. I have to open the Task Manager and End It. It happens at random and it happens every day. Computer is a Dell 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-11900 @ 2.50GHz (2.50 GHz)

Extremely frustrating.

I think I am experiencing the same issue as well. No matter I am trying to save to new folder, export the video (i want to choose the save location) or import a new LUT, it acts as if the window has opened in background. no matter what i do, i just can't make the window appear. i pressed esc button but it doesn't work. i use my mouse to click, it just make the sound as if i've pressed on the places outside of the window panel (imagine the panel has open and you accidentally pressed on places outside of the window panel and the windows will make that warning sound). no matter what i do, like to show desktop and make premiere pro to maximize mode (full screen mode) or just a windowed mode, it just won't let me do anything until i have to end it at the task manager. it's been like this since 25.6.2
