Premiere Pro 2024 fonts not working

Greetings! I cannot get any fonts to show up in the Essential Graphics font menu. I created a project with an Adobe font on laptop, and now I'm not being given any options to choose any replacement. Additionally, no fonts show up when I create a new text frame. I have tried logging out and back into Creative Cloud and deleting the media cache. Any suggestions? I'm using Premiere Pro v24.6.8 build 3 with Windows 11 Education edition.

Thanx for replying. When I click the dropdown arrow to the right of the font name, only a white empty box drops down. The screen grab shows the box populated with fonts; mine is white with no options at all to choose.

If you made a graphic, try looking at the properties panel; the fonts should be there. See the screengrab for reference. Let me know what you find out and if this helps.
