Premiere Pro 2025 changed sequence settings.

I have multiple projects saved on Premiere with different sequence settings. The main issue is I have one or two projects and sequences that I use for social media posts. The social media projects have a 1080x1920 apsect ratio as a standard for things like tiktoks, reels, and YT shorts. My other projects are the regular standard 1920x1080 aspect ratio. I never keep projects open, I always save and exit premiere when i'm not using it. If I open a regular project, the sequence settings will often be suddenly re-formatted into a 1080x1920 aspect ratio and it also will have a sequence from a different project attached as the secondary sequence. It's not a major problem but it is super annoying and it concerns me knowing how much premiere likes to pretend to lose my files, which also happened again btw. It makes me think it's causing something to unlink my media sources but that's probably a coincidence.
