Premiere Pro 24.5. stürzt ständig ab

Premiere Pro 24.5. stürzt häufig ab. Das Programm wird einfach beendet. Manchmal reagiert es kurz vor dem Beenden nicht mehr richtig, manchmal geht es einfach aus.
Häufig werden Frames nicht richtig ausgelesen und ersetzt. 
Ich arbeite mit XAVC-L. 
Windows 11, Nvidia P4000, Audio-Interface: Tascam US-16x08

    Within the last few months I only didn't make any changes to my system except updates. I found out that version 24.3 runs stable on my system. Version 24.5 is crashing every 5-10 minutes. It is not possible to work with 24.5 for me.
    My last few projects are shot with XAVC-I and XAVC-L so I don't know if another codec would work better. I have no time to make extensive tests with other raw material because I have a project with a deadline and already lost a lot of time finding out where the problem is and which version works.

      We would need more specifics, to provide meaningful guidance. 
      What has changed about your system configuration, since PPro last ran well? 
      Do the crashes occur only when you're working with XAVC media?
