Premiere Pro 26.2.2 (build 3) Playback mode is enabled on the second monitor, but does not display.

This has been going for several updates now. I’ve done all the suggestions that have been recommended but it’s irritating to have to toggle mercury transmit or reselect the secondary monitor every time I start Premiere pro. I’m not the first to complain about this but it seems like it is a continuing problem. Please fix it.
