Premiere Pro 26.2.2 on Mac Studio with Apple M3 Ultra, 80-core GPU, 256 GB RAM freezes video playback in the Source/Program Monitor with DJI HEVC MP4 footage.

 Timecode advances normally, but the displayed frame remains frozen until playback is paused. The same media plays smoothly in QuickTime. The issue occurs in a clean Premiere project and persists even at 1/16 playback resolution. Rolling back to Premiere Pro 26.0.0 restores full-resolution playback with the same media.
